An established independent veterinary practice in the beautiful market town of Stamford is inviting applications from passionate Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons. With a proud history dating back to 1851, this two-site practice sits at the crossroads of Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, and Northamptonshire. The team is committed to delivering personalised, excellent veterinary care while fostering a friendly, collaborative atmosphere for staff. This historic town is famous for its picturesque streets, vibrant markets, and tight-knit community, providing the perfect balance between professional life and leisure.
The practice is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a positive, nurturing environment. Highlights include:
• Consultation Support: Standard 15-minute appointments with longer slots for complex or sensitive cases.
• Protected Breaks: One-hour uninterrupted lunch break every day.
• Flexible Working: Full-time, permanent preferred, with flexibility to suit individual requirements.
• Weekdays: 8:15 am – 6:00 pm, including dedicated time for paperwork and case management.
• Saturdays: Short-day appointments on a rota basis (8:30 am – 11:00 am, 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm).
• Time Off: Thursday off if scheduled for a Saturday.

• Class 4 K-Laser therapy, sevoflurane anaesthesia, Cardell monitoring with capnography, and active patient warmers.
