You will join a team that works hard together, always focused on delivering the best possible care.
The clinic operates across two sister sites in Bournemouth and Poole, offering a diverse client base and a varied caseload. The team includes certificate holders in diagnostic imaging, exotics, and rehabilitation, as well as an in-house orthopaedics service and a CT scanning suite at the Poole branch. They continually invest in facilities and support professional development, including financial assistance for training and certificates.
You’ll be joining a passionate, enthusiastic, and supportive team of four full-time vets, five part-time vets, five RVNs, three SVNs, two ANAs, and dedicated support staff. They value a strong team culture and enjoy social activities together, including paddleboarding, running, BBQs, and seasonal celebrations.
Located in beautiful Dorset, the Bournemouth & Poole area offers stunning coastline, rolling countryside, excellent shopping, diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, and easy access to London, ferry services, and Bournemouth Airport.
They offer a fantastic benefits package (pro rata), including 6.6 weeks’ holiday, £1,750 CPD allowance, Health Shield contributions for wellbeing treatments, RCVS membership and two additional subscriptions, VDS cover, enhanced parental leave, discounted veterinary fees,  discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, company sick pay, annual pay reviews, career progression opportunities, and a strong focus on colleague wellbeing.
