Do you value flexibility and a healthy work-life balance? This practice understand that your time outside of work matters just as much as your passion for veterinary medicine. That’s why they are proud to offer flexible working hours designed around your lifestyle and commitments—they believe you should love both your job and your life.

You’ll be supported by an exceptional nursing team, who provide 24/7 nurse cover and regularly run their own clinics, as well as a fantastic group of 14 Vets with a wide range of clinical interests and personal passions—from hiking and paddle boarding to baking. They value collaboration and learning, holding regular clinical discussions where everyone’s input is encouraged.
While they cover their own on-call service, they work hard to protect your personal time, with an excellent rota that means you’ll only be on call one week in eleven.

a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience), excellent career progression opportunities, 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), and £1,750 CPD allowance with five paid CPD days. They also cover your RCVS and VDS fees, plus membership of a professional society of your choice.
Additional benefits include enhanced family leave pay, company sick pay, pension and Health Shield cover after three months, an Employee Assistance Programme, colleague discounts, wellbeing initiatives, and even the option to buy or sell holidays. A social committee also organises at least four fun, practice-wide events every year.
