An opportunity is available to join a friendly and supportive team, working alongside two other Veterinary Surgeons in a well-established clinic located in the district of Sevenoaks The practice has been caring for the local community and surrounding areas since 1982 and is set in a peaceful countryside location that offers an enjoyable daily commute, along with convenient on-site parking.
This purpose-built practice is thoughtfully designed and well equipped. Facilities include a dedicated operating theatre, a fully equipped in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and advanced laser technology for soft tissue procedures. A separate dental suite ensures dentistry is carried out in a dedicated space, while distinct dog and cat wards — in addition to outdoor dog runs — support a calm and comfortable environment for patients. The team also benefits from access to advanced imaging, including CT, at the nearby 24-hour hospital.
The practice recognises that a veterinary career is about more than simply fulfilling a rota, colleagues are supported with Private Medical Insurance, a Health Cash Plan, round-the-clock counselling and wellbeing services, and life assurance at three times salary. Annual leave starts at five weeks plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service
Professional development is actively encouraged, with a £1,500 CPD allowance and three days of paid CPD leave annually. Vets have access to Clinical Communities, internal learning opportunities, and collaboration with 24-hour hospitals. Funded certificates and clear internal career pathways are available for those wishing to progress further.
