My client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their lovely practice in Cardiff. The hospital is surrounded by nature and tranquility, with great access to mounting biking not to mention beautiful walks coastal path and waterfall walks.
They aim to tailor working patterns to suit the needs of staff so they can have a work balance between work and home life.
They have a comprehensive range of Equipment, including: CT Scanner, Visiting MRI Truck, Digital X – Ray, Dental X-Rays, Fully Equipped Lab, Ultrasound, Blood Analyzers, Radiosurgery units, Endosurgery facilities and extensive Orthopedic Soft Tissue surgery kit plus a full hydrotherapy and physiotherapy service too
Ideally you will be a competent vet with great experience and a surgical bias (not essential) most importantly you will be a good fit for the team and have the desire to achieve your full potential, working with a team of 18 vets who are able to mentor and develop your skills
There are no OOH’s as they have their own night team in house and the work pattern is a 4 days week with one weekend shift every 5 weeks making an average of 38 hours a week. They are seeking someone who:

Take ownership of their work, and offer solutions to problems encountered and also enjoy success and show a desire to grow professionally.
