Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with over 3 years’ experience and a passion for exotics? My client is looking for an enthusiastic vet who shares our commitment to high-quality clinical care and has at least one year of UK-based practice under their belt. A special interest in exotic pets is highly desirable, and you should be confident in early diagnostics, dedicated to thorough treatment follow-ups, and motivated by continuous professional development.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in delivering preventive healthcare, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, and managing cases with consistency and compassion. They are looking for a great communicator who works well within a collaborative team, values wellbeing for both pets and people, and thrives in a positive, supportive environment.

The current team consists of 4 Veterinary Surgeons and 6 experienced RVNs. They are deeply committed to developing future talent, with a strong record of mentoring students who often choose to stay after qualifying.
They value ongoing learning and actively invest in CPD across all roles. Two of the vets are currently working towards certificates, including our Head Vet, who is on track for Advanced Veterinary Practitioner (AVP) status. Four of the nurses are also pursuing specialist certifications in their fields, so development is highly encouraged
