The Opportunity:
Clinical Lead Role: Take the lead in a 4-vet practice, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and a team passionate about veterinary care.
Role Evolution: Opportunity to evolve into a potential partnership role.
Support & Mentorship: Mentor newly qualified vets, sharing your expertise and nurturing their growth.
Veterinary surgeon role: to work and support the practice over a 4 day week with 1:3 weekends

Your Role & Benefits:
Autonomy & Innovation: Share new ideas and work closely with the owners and Practice Manager.
Equipment & Support: Access to modern equipment, including Ultrasound and digital X-ray.
Flexible Working: Option for 4 or 5 days a week (40 hours), with flexibility available.
Work-Life Balance: 1:3 weekends (Saturday only) and no Out of Hours responsibilities.
