Position Overview:
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon with our client, you will have the opportunity to take the reins of a thriving 2-vet practice equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and dental X-ray equipment. We are looking for a talented and driven individual to lead our team, provide excellent medical and surgical care, and help our practice continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Medical and Surgical Expertise: Perform a wide range of medical and surgical procedures, with an emphasis on improving and expanding surgical skills.

Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent bedside manner.

Promote Practice Growth: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow the practice, including marketing and outreach initiatives.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and surgery.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Ideally working towards a surgical certificate or medical certificate.
- Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
