Our client is looking to hire an experienced, dedicated veterinary surgeon, who strives to provide the best level of care for all our patients and their owners. They will be looking to take their career into a leadership position within clinical practice.
Initially be sole charge, this will develop into a 2 vet practice relatively quickly. The successful candidate will be be the face of this branch.
Candidates be looking forward to the challenge of developing and growing a practice, who already has a loyal, trusting and committed client base. Its important than candidates are confident communicators.
Candidates should be able to prioritise your work based on clinical priority and importance. The successful applicant can expect to work in a happy and supportive environment, with our dedicated experienced nurses, patient care team right through to our client care team.
Roles and responsibilities will be to:
- Work alongside the Clinical Director to ensure standards are upheld, with the highest level of clinical care is provided to patients.
- Mixture of general practice consultation and surgery work throughout the week. Protected administration time also.
- Ensure growth and development of the practice.
- Exhibit strong client care skills showing professionalism and empathy
- To work alongside and delegate tasks as required with other clinical and support staff.
Hours: 40 hours a week.
