Our client is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to be pivotal in the teams success. Working closely with the Clinical Director, the successful candidate will help steer, develop, and organise the whole team. Constantly ensuring they are working to satisfy clients needs and also their own. Ensuring they are challenged and grow professionally.
This role will involve clinical and managerial work. Ideally candidates will be at certificate level, but this is not essential. Clearly though, in a Lead Vet role, clinical experience must be comprehensive. For those looking to start a certificate, this will be funded.
All practices are full self sufficient but collaboration between them is encouraged, particularly when it comes to sharing knowledge.
Regular vet meetings are held to discuss clinical caseload, working practices and decision making.
