Our client in Liverpool has a veterinary surgeon vacancy for a vet with around 3 years or more experience to join them in them as Lead Vet in this 2 vet.  For the right candidate with the right ambition, there is a very simple route to partnership with a guaranteed exit plan at whatever stage a vet is at in their career.  Partnership is of course optional.

For either the Lead Vet role or Partner, candidates should demonstrate an interest in the business side of veterinary practice.  This is likely to be new to many candidates so support and training will be constantly given.  Rest assured though, this is a client focussed clinical role.

The practice is a well equipped first opinion practice with an excellent local reputation, often receiving 5* reviews on Google.

The rota for this role is 39 hour week with a 4 day week, working 1/6 weekends.  There are no out of hours with this role other than 2 weeks being second on call at the sister hospital.  However, this is very rarely required.
