The role would suit an existing Senior/Head/Lead vet or an experience vet looking to step in their career to take on more responsibility for a wider team and responsibilities.
This is a 4 vet, purpose built practice with nursing and client care team in support. They are equipped to a high standard, digital x-ray, multi-parameter ultrasound, full labs etc etc. The practice has lots of parking, own garden and large staff facilities.
Candidate can be either medically, surgically biased or a general, allrounder. For those looking to start certificates, our client is happy to support them. It is important that all applicants are happy to work to a sole charge level (although this isn't often required). They also need to be happy with routine medical and soft tissue surgeries.
As well as delivering exceptional client care other responsibilities will include:
- Team management, ensuring that everyone delivers great care and service, promoting preventative care.
- Looking after the turnover an expenditure of the practice
- Ensure the practice is up-to-date with all statutes, policies and procedures.
