Our client has is based in a beautiful part of the world, with nature reserves, Islands, mountains, and outdoor sports all on the doorstep.  They are now looking for a Full Time Small Animal Vet near Barrow in Furness.

There are x-rays, dental x-ray, Ultrasound, lab, hydrotherapy and soon to be getting K-lazer to aid with rehab. There are currently have 5 RVNs, 4 Vets, 4 support roles. 2 of the vets are specialist for health certs and travel. All of the vets have been in practice for years (some 20years) which hopefully shows there is a positive practice to work for. With currently regular 15-minute consults with time for case work ups, they encourage clinical freedom and case continuity and can provide help and support from the experienced team.

They are looking for a veterinary surgeon with some post qualification experience, who is confident in consultations and basic surgery spays, castrates and dentals. You will be friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player. They are happy to be flexible with both hours and days to suit needs. There will be a 1 in 4 weekend rota for Saturdays,  but no Sundays.

Salary for this role is up to £75,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of up to £5k and a relocation support up to £5k if required.
