Full Time Registered Veterinary Nurse - Near Crawley Sal up to £31k plus welcome bonus

Our client has a group of three practices in the Crawley area and are looking for a full time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them.

The practice has a varied caseload ranging from routine surgery to orthopaedics and are well equipped with an internal lab covering biochemistry and haematology, ultrasound, digital X-ray, k-laser and multiple endoscopes. They are a registered training practice who support and encourage nurses looking to become Clinical Coaches if interested and reach their full potential.

You will be joining a friendly team of 5 vets, including 2 surgical certificate holders, and 6 nurses. You will be required to work full time over 4 days per week. The role will include  shifts based around the wards, theatre and prep. The nurses work 1 in 6 weekends carrying out inpatient care only and 1 in 7 Saturday mornings assisting with morning clinic. There are no out of hours but inpatient care is required. Nurses are encouraged to carry out various nurse clinics including performing K-laser treatments.

The vacancy is for an experienced or newly qualified Veterinary Nurse who is highly motivated, works well in a team and thrives in a busy, varied environment. Candidates must be enthusiastic about supporting the student veterinary nurses and a qualification as a Clinical Coach is encouraged as well as CPD.  

Salary is up to £31k DOE and a welcome bonus of £3k.
