Our client has an expanding Veterinary Hospital who has been providing veterinary care for over 80 years in the Skipton area.  They are now looking for a Full Time Night Registered Veterinary Nurse.

The practice and team prides itself on successfully combining a traditional ethos of care with progressive modern medicine. The hospital is proud to be a referral centre for cardiology and soft tissue surgery. There is an in-house laboratory, ECG, digital x-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound with colour flow Doppler, 24-hour on-site nursing care, CPD and further qualifications encouraged. The client prides itself in caring for staff, as well as patients, ensuring a good work-life balance so there is time off to experience the delights of the Dales on the doorstep.  The nursing team are supported in developing their Schedule 3 skills and definitely play to individuals’ strengths to ensure great job satisfaction for everyone.  Fully staffed the team consists of 7 vets, 10 RVN’s, 1 SVN, 2 Auxiliary Nurses plus supportive administration team including Clinical Director and Practice Director.
 
Ideally working full time, shifts will be 8pm to 8am would involve alongside one vet, you will have responsibility to provide high quality care for in-patients and emergency cases. The client is very happy to support a candidate who would want to study an ECC certificate as well.  You will be registered with RCVS and have a real passion for in-patient care.  Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Along with relocation support of up to £2500.
