Our client is based in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK in Cumbria and is looking for a Full or Part Time Small Animal Vet to join them.

The clinic has implemented significant improvements to the management team and streamlined their operations creating a more positive and collaborative workplace culture. In addition, they offer the opportunity to coach and mentor graduates, helping to shape a promising future for the next generation. 

The standard working week is 40 hours a week with inpatient care if and when required. The normal working week is over 4/5 days with no OOH calls, but they are also open to part time applicants. 
 
They currently have 3 Vets, 4 RVNs with a team of SVN's and ACA's and a wonderful support team. A new Clinical Director has joined this young vibrant team and is wanting to progress and take the practice forward. This is an excellent chance for a blank canvas for someone wanting to put down roots in a nice part of the country. There are good local schools and overall its a lovely place to live. The practice has been trading since 1966 and are comprehensively equipped with digital radiography, scans, scopes bp monitoring & full idexx laboratory to mention but a few!  
 
The practice is ideally located for lovers of the outdoors, between the coast (3miles) and the West Lakeland Fells (4miles). They are also close to a small town with a beautiful port, plenty of shops and a lot of outdoor activities. 

Salary is up to £75k pa DOE, with an additional welcome bonus of £10k and a relocation allowance of £5k.
