Our client is a small, village practice located in picturesque near High Wycombe. They are now looking for a Full or Part Time Vet to join them.
Having been established for over 10 years and they are extremely fortunate to have strong relationships with all of their lovely clients and their pets. They have all the usual equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and internal laboratory and their vets enjoy working up their cases to a very high standard.
There are currently 3 veterinary surgeons that all have over 10 years’ experience in small animal practice and 4 veterinary nurses. One of the vets is a surgery certificate holder and another vet is working towards her own surgery certificate. Where they can, they like to support local village events - including judging of the local dog show most recently. The ideal candidate will be keen to develop strong relationships and continuity with clients and their pets whilst providing high level of patient care.
The role is for a full time/part time, working over 4 days a week with a share of a 1:4 weekend rota (Saturdays only 8:30am -4pm) with no out of hours or bank holidays. Excellent communication skills with a kind, caring and approachable manner. Full driving licence and access to vehicle preferred as the clinic do offer home visits. Salary for the role is up to £68,000 depending on experience, a £3k welcome bonus and a relocation support up to £4k if required.
