An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Clinical Director to join our client’s friendly team near Coventry.
The practice has facilities to equip you in your role such as x-ray, ultrasound, and in house laboratory. Situated in Coventry, honored as the UK City of Culture in 2021, the practice has convenient transport links to London, Birmingham, as well as the local areas of Leamington Spa and Solihull. The location boasts exceptional retail amenities, a myriad of attractions, historical sites, and picturesque countryside walks—all readily available in the vicinity.
You will collaborate with a team consisting of 2 registered veterinary nurses, a student nurse, VCA, 2 receptionists and a committed Practice Manager. Several experienced locums make regular contributions knowing the clients and practice well. You can rest assured that you'll receive reliable and supportive guidance as you embark on this new and exciting journey. With a dedicated Area Team, you will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate regularly with like-minded professionals in similar roles. The client is committed to providing a nurturing atmosphere and this is further strengthened by the presence of an Area Director and Area Support Manager who are dedicated to supporting and guiding you in your role. Within the area and wider regional team there will be opportunity for support both from a clinical and management perspective
Your day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting, operating and collaborating with a team of dedicated and experienced nursing professionals. You will strive to ensure high standards of care and service for both patients and clients, with a focus on driving sustainability and productivity. This role affords you the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the practice, contributing to the business's growth and its ongoing commitment to clinical excellence. You might be a seasoned Clinical Director seeking a transition to a new team, or perhaps you are a practicing Veterinarian aspiring to take on your inaugural leadership role. This opportunity is extremely rare and exciting, and whatever your experience the client and team are commited to support you in your new role.
Salary is up to £80k pa DOE and there’s is a relocation allowance if required up to £5k.
