You’ll have an annual CPD allowance of £1,750 and access to extensive wellbeing benefits through Health Shield, which covers a wide range of health and wellness treatments, from dentistry to sports massage. Professional memberships including RCVS and two additional subscriptions are fully funded, and VDS cover is provided.
They also offer enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave, discounted veterinary fees, and access to a scheme offering discounts and cashback across travel, shopping, entertainment, and more. You’ll benefit from company sick pay, annual pay reviews, and dedicated support for ongoing training and career progression. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a hospital that places genuine emphasis on colleague wellbeing and engagement, fostering a culture where every team member feels valued and supported.
