Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE plus relocation allowance for the right person
Hours: Full-time or part-time | 1:4 weekends | No OOH or bank holidays

The purpose-built, RCVS-accredited practice is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical tools. They are proud of high clinical standards and personalised client care. They are searching for a confident and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team. This is a flexible role with full-time or part-time hours available to suit your lifestyle. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team that includes a knowledgeable Clinical Director, two other experienced vets (one with a dermatology certificate), four RVNs, two student nurses, three VCAs, and a warm, welcoming client care team. Together, they have an environment built on trust, kindness, and collaboration.
The role includes 1 in 4 weekends, with no out-of-hours, on-call, or bank holiday duties. They manage workload carefully to allow for a healthy work-life balance and encourage open discussion and shared decision-making in clinical cases. You should be confident in routine surgeries and general medical work, and able to manage sole charge when required.
