You’ll find this an exciting opportunity to do just that—while enjoying the calm, leafy surroundings of one of Bromley’s most sought-after neighborhoods, nestled near National Trust woodland.
This role offers more than just clinical responsibility; it’s a chance to build a practice culture, lead a talented team, and develop long-term relationships with a loyal and engaged client base. From day one, you’ll be covered by private medical insurance and a health cash plan that includes dental, optical, and physio support, along with 24/7 access to a private GP and confidential counselling. Life assurance is set at three times your salary for added peace of mind.
You’ll receive 5 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 6 weeks with service, along with an additional ‘Day for You’—a paid day off you can use however you wish. They support your continued growth with a CPD budget of £1,500 per year and three days of paid CPD leave, plus internal development opportunities and access to our Clinical Communities. Funded certificates are available for vets wanting to further specialise, and they cover your professional fees including RCVS, VDS, and BVA membership.
They also provide full support for candidates requiring a Certificate of Sponsorship under the Tier 2 visa scheme, along with relocation assistance.
