Experienced Night Vet, great rota 7 on 14 off. West Yorkshire area

Exciting opportunity to join bustling 24 hour practice as a night vet with a fantastic rota of 7 days on and 14 off. This amazing opportunity offers a great work life balance, and a chance to deal with a varied caseload and many unusual surgeries.
The clinic is fully functioning 24 hours a day, and nights also involve consults and a full routine surgery list, as well as exciting emergency procedures fed from 15 practices in the area. 
Facilities include, 
Lasercyte haematology
Catalyst Dx including Lactate, T4, NH3, Electrolytes
APTT/PT 
Angio/Felv/FIV/Giardia/Parvo/ProBNP
Transfusion Medicine
Lipid/Colloids
Digital Xray and Advanced Ultrasound with Doppler
Flexible video gastroscope
Flexible bronchoscope
Video Otoscope and Rigid scope
Dental Xray with CR7 developer
Multiparameter monitors including ECG/Cap/Temp/SpO2/BP
Doppler BP
ECG
The team regularly perform Caesareans, Pyometra, Exploratory Laparotomy with enterotomy and enterectomy. And on the Medicine side see many Addisonian, Ketoacidotic diabetic cases and Severe Pancreatitis cases.

The team contains certificate holders and they welcome further cert holders or someone who is looking to complete one in the future. Ideally you may have a certificate in ECC or be working on one. As an advancing practice they seek to deliver the best care and will provide training and support to offer Oesophageal tube placements, Nasogastric tube placements
Seldinger Chest Drain placements, Silicone Abdominal Peritoneal Drains, Pig tail urinary catheters,  TFAST AFAST,  Endoscopy, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and
Urinary catheterisation
