Clinical Lead vet for Central Bristol location

My client based in a Central Bristol location are looking for both a clinical Lead, and a small animal vet.  Someone who is able to work up cases and delivers a high standard of client care, someone who will have clinical freedom and be proactive in helping others and driving the business and building the customer case. You will be a role model for the team and help them to develop to their best potential within a supportive environment.
You will be a confident surgeon and will work alongside the Partner and a very passionate team, who also work with visiting surgical specialists too. The facilities are great, with brand new ultrasound and cardiac probes and ECG, inhouse labs and blood machines.
 The hours are exceptionally good for work life balance with full time being only 37.5hours per week over 4 days with only 1:4 weekends too!! Which will move to 1:5 soon. But they are flexible to work with different hours or part time and can work around when you are free to work. There are no OOH’s 
Salary is competitive up to £70k and they can also offer a relocation package They can offer good career progression with many benefits including a generous CPD
