Want to work in a brand new, state of the art small animal hospital?

Our client is looking for a forward thinking, driven and conscientious vet to join their experienced and well established existing 16 vet team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years post graduate experienced to replace the existing vet who is leaving to do an internship.

The hospital has three theatres, a large prep room, a quiet room, four wards with CASCO heated kennels, 10 consulting rooms, bedrooms for OOH colleagues, and an amazing colleague room and kitchen to enjoy your breaks. They have a dedicated pharmacy team, so you won’t have to dispense your own medications from consults, and they will help process all medication requests. The clinic run on 20 minute appointments, with plenty of diary capacity and space. They also do video consults and there is the opportunity to be involved in driving this side of the business.

They are proud of their internal out of hours service. They can keep the interesting and exciting cases in house, and don’t need to refer out. They don't do OOH as "on-call" – you work your OOH shift as your paid hours for the week.  There is an existing team of night vets in place, so working OOH is not necessary for new vets to the team. You really do leave on time as the OOH team take over.

There is a culture to develop and grow the vets – you are never on your own, no branch work and they can support you to thrive in the workplace, and enjoy being a vet.

You will be joining a ream including Advanced Practitioners in ECC, Medicine and General Practice.
Things you need to know about the role:
