They are equipped with full diagnostic capabilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, and strong nurse-led clinics. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both wellbeing and professional development. In this position, the Veterinary Surgeon will deliver consultations and surgical procedures to the high standards expected by clients, develop tailored treatment plans, mentor and support the clinical team, and contribute to ongoing improvements in clinical practice. The role involves managing both routine and complex medical and surgical cases while sharing expertise to shape the future of the practice
The ideal candidate will be RCVS-registered, experienced in small animal surgery and medicine, and ready to take on clinical responsibility and leadership within a supportive and collaborative environment.
