Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon (Regenerative Medicine) Wanted
Join the team at a renowned first option and referral practice nestled in the scenic village between Galashiels and Jedburgh with convenient access to Edinburgh and Newcastle. They are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to specialize in regenerative medicine and work alongside our experienced team of professionals.
About Us:

•    Comprehensive Services: The facility offers full musculoskeletal diagnostic workups, advanced stem cell and platelet-rich plasma therapies, and comprehensive rehabilitation including physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.
•    State-of-the-Art Diagnostics: Equipped with force plate analysis, stance analysis, digital thermal imaging, musculoskeletal ultrasound, digital radiographs, needle arthroscopy, and more.
•    Research-Driven: The team actively contributes to research in the field, including recent studies on MSCs in canine musculoskeletal conditions.
The Role:
This full-time role focuses on supporting our regenerative medicine team, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal diagnostics, cell-based therapies, and follow-up rehabilitation. Ideal for those passionate about musculoskeletal work, pain management, and novel therapies.
Key Details:
•    Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (no on-call/out-of-hours)
•    Training: Full training in diagnostic imaging and regenerative therapies provided
•    Qualifications: Interest in regenerative medicine and rehabilitation essential; additional qualifications in sports medicine, rehabilitation, pain management, or orthopaedics beneficial
Successful Candidate:
•    Qualities: Organised, confident, team player, enthusiastic, and motivated
•    Skills: Excellent communication, compassion, and commitment to high standards of patient care
•    Experience: Prior experience in regenerative medicine desirable but not essential
