My Independent client are currently looking to welcome a new Veterinary Surgeon to the team. 
They are seeking a friendly, dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent small animal practice on a part-time basis, with the potential for additional holiday cover. Full-time applicants will also be considered.
•    Part-time (days/hours negotiable)
•    No OOH
•    No weekends 
•    Small animal, first-opinion caseload only
•    Excellent work–life balance
The practice is an independent, family-run practice based in Oldham, providing high-quality veterinary care in a relaxed and supportive environment. They are proud of their continuity of care and strong client relationships.
•    Single-site, non-corporate practice
•    Friendly, close-knit team of experienced vets, nurses, and a dedicated receptionist
•    Modern facilities including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory (biochemistry, haematology, blood testing, and more)
•    Supportive environment with a strong focus on personal, caring, and professional service
They also see a good number of reptile and exotic cases, so this role would suit someone with an existing interest or anyone keen to develop their skills in this area with full team support.
About You
•    MRCVS registered
•    Confident with routine consultations, general surgery, and diagnostic workups
•    Excellent communication and client care skills
•    Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
