Our clients has a new, purpose-built practice with great facilities including 4 consult rooms, cat ward, dog ward, isolation ward, operating theatre, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and brand-new laparoscopic equipment. They are also a training practice and so would encourage anyone who has a desire to become a clinical coach. This is an ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic and one of the nursing team has a keen interest in behaviour and has undergone further training, so they are keen to develop this service at clinic level.
The team at Sale are extremely hard-working but also love to have a laugh whilst at work. There are regular funded team days out doing activities such as escape rooms, kayaking, axe throwing and crazy golf to name just a few. They also hold monthly wellbeing afternoons where they have watched movies, a Mario Kart tournament, yoga session, a baby shower and played various board and card games. This is a clinically progressive practice who hold monthly team meetings and encourage input from all team members, they take into consideration any suggestions that are put forward.
This role is based at the new purpose-built practice in Sale. If you have a particular interest, they will always try to tailor your days to what you enjoy the most. The standard full-time pattern is 40 hours per week. The practice is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 7.00pm. They are currently, temporarily closed on a Saturday, until further notice. There is no OOH requirement.
Salary is up to £70k pa.
