This RCVS practice standards accredited team are Silver RWAF rabbit friendly, Silver accredited ISFM cat-friendly practice and has been thriving since its establishment in 2012. The practice owner, leads a dedicated team with unwavering commitment, including 3 other vets, 5 RVNs, 3 student nurses, 3 receptionists, and practice manager. Together they create a supportive, inclusive, and appreciative environment for all team members.
Development & Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy an unlimited CPD budget, with team members holding certificates in Medicine, Anaesthesia and Analgesia, Feline Nursing, and Feline Behaviour. They offer flexible hours to help achieve a healthy work-life balance, including 1 in 5 weekends with adequate time off.
The Practice Culture is structured and efficient, days ensure time for phone calls, lab results, and well-deserved breaks. They prioritize team welfare, closing daily for lunch and providing a pantry box for sustenance. Regular team meetings, clinical vet discussions, and monthly check-ins foster an open-door policy and collaborative atmosphere. The practice boasts state-of-the-art equipment, separate cat, dog, and isolation wards, a dedicated nurse consult room, and collaborations with imaging specialists and surgeons as needed.
They are searching for a team player with solid GP experience and exceptional communication skills. Your dedication to providing the highest level of veterinary care aligns with this practice ethos.

Competitive Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE, commensurate with experience
