Life assurance is provided at three times your salary, and you’ll have access to confidential counselling support whenever you may need it.
Your annual leave entitlement starts at five weeks plus bank holidays, rising to six weeks with length of service, alongside an additional paid “Day for You” to use however you wish. They provide a £1,500 annual CPD budget with three days of paid CPD leave, along with funded certificate opportunities and access to internal Clinical Communities for continued development. All professional fees, including VDS, RCVS, and BVA memberships, are fully covered.
