Lead Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy, Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Our client has a new opportunity for a an experienced veterinary surgeon to join them as Lead Vet.  
This veterinary surgeon vacancy in the Sleaford area of Lincolnshire would suit a veterinary surgeon who is already working in a senior capacity, or is ready to step up to a senior post as part of their career development.  Regardless of existing skill base, our client will offer whatever support is required to ease the transition.

This is a large, very well equipped practice; ECG, In-house laboratory, operating theatre, digital x-ray, dentistry equipment, ultrasound, 5 consult rooms, orthopaedic kit.

The successful candidate will lead a small, settled team of surgeons and nurses ensuring that the very best clinical care is offered to their clients.  Much of the managerial aspects of the practice are handled by the experienced Practice Manager, allowing the Lead Vet to focus on clinical aspects of the role.

Our clients rota is based around a 4 day week with a light weekend rota.  Average, 39 hour week.
