The role will involve not only leading the clinical aspects of the practice and the team but the successful applicant will also be involved in the management too so will likely get the opportunity to develop their skills in other areas. As the Lead Vet, they will also benefit personally from the success of the practice. To that end, they could even buy into the practice should that be of interest.
Lead or Senior Vet experience is not important for this role as full support will be offered. Our client is very happy to discuss this opportunity with those vets for who this would be their first "step up".
The practice is a well equipped first opinion practice with digital x-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, full lab facilities, blood pressure monitoring.

- Salary up to £75,000
- Relocation up to £2000 if required
