Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal
Cheshire | Full-Time | No Out-of-Hours
My client is a friendly, independent small animal practice with a dedicated team who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of care. The practice prides itself on creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners, combining compassion with clinical excellence.
The practice is a well-equipped RCVS Tier 2 clinic, offering excellent facilities that allow vets to work to a high standard. These include multiple operating theatres, advanced imaging such as ultrasound, endoscopy and digital X-ray, a fully equipped dental suite with dental X-ray, an in-house laboratory for blood testing, urinalysis and microscopy, as well as laser therapy, electrocautery equipment and an isolation ward. The clinic also works closely with visiting specialists, providing exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.
The practice is keen to speak with experienced small animal vets who have a solid grounding in first-opinion practice and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to client care, and confidence in both medical and surgical cases are essential. Applicants must hold relevant veterinary qualifications and be a member of the RCVS.
The role offers a flexible full time rota with no out-of-hours or on-call duties. A competitive salary and attractive benefits package are available.
