Our client has a busy small animal clinic based in March, who are looking for a new Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.

Based in a small market town in the Fens just a 20-minute drive from Peterborough. They pride themselves on offering exceptional client and patient care. The practice is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental equipment, 3 consult rooms and a nurses room. In addition to this they have a designated pharmacy, theatre, and dental area.

The role will include theatre work, inpatient care, consults, reporting to the Head Nurse, some pharmacy work and assisting the Vets when needed. They would ideally like someone who wants to run nurse clinics, however this isn't mandatory. 
 
This role is for 40 hours per week over 5 days, 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. There will be 1 in 5 Saturday mornings and no out of hours. They are happy to consider part-time applicants.

There are currently 6 Vets including a locum, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 6 Receptionists, a Cleaner and are currently recruiting for a fulltime Animal Care Assistant. They have two certificate holders in Cardiology and one in small animal surgery. They hope to welcome you who has fresh ideas and a passion for exceptional patient care to join the friendly team. As a practice we support many charities in the local area, such as Merrylegs, RSPCA and Cats protection.
