Independent, Family-Owned Practice | West Midlands

They are proud to be an independent practice with two modern, purpose-built branches just 5 miles apart, serving the local community with exceptional standards of care. Both practices are well-equipped with:
• Digital x-rays
• Ultrasound
• Full in-house lab
• Endoscopy
• 3 theatres (including a dedicated orthopedic theatre)
• Spacious consultation rooms
• Separate cat, dog, and isolation wards
The team is diverse, collaborative, and experienced — from new graduates through to vets with over 20 years’ expertise. With 8 Veterinary Surgeons, 7 RVNs, 4 SVNs, 2 ACAs and 4 Receptionists, you’ll never feel alone, and you’ll always have support when you need it.
They also run their own OOH service, supported by a dedicated night team.
With two branches offering different focuses, you’ll benefit from variety:
• Canine-only branch – heavily surgical, including neutering, C-sections, BOAS, entropion, ex-laps, and more
• General practice branch – treating dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and birds
They can be flexible with working hours. Whether you prefer 3, 4, or 5 days a week, weekends or no weekends, they’ll work with you to build a rota that fits your lifestyle.
• Salary: £40k upwards
• £2,000 CPD allowance per year
• Full support for further training and certificates
• RCVS, BVA, and liability insurance paid
• Pension scheme
• Biannual pay reviews

• Willingness to agree fixed days (ideally 4–5 per week, 1 in 4 weekends – flexible options available)
