My client are offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Clinical Nursing Manager to join a dynamic, multi-site team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care and clinical excellence.
As a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead, support, and inspire this talented teams of RVNs and client care professionals across three practices. This role offers a unique chance to influence, guide, and mentor while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The locations are a Primary Care Veterinary Hospital equipped with a dedicated night team, dental and ultrasound suites. It’s not 24-hour, but they provide round-the-clock patient care. With two smaller, community-focused practices with loyal, long-standing clients and committed teams.

The Role:
•    Work closely with the Clinical Director and senior team to identify improvements and implement high standards in clinical care and operations.
•    Lead and support a team of 11 direct reports across 3 sites, providing day-to-day leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•    Apply your clinical expertise to support the team in handling a wide range of complex cases.
•    Represent the nursing team within the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring patient safety and clinical standards remain a top priority.

You’ll be primarily based at The hospital site, overseeing teams at the smaller branches The team brings a range of experience and is united by a shared commitment to exceptional care and professional pride. They also make time to celebrate together—recent highlights include “Around the World Food Day.”
What You’ll Bring:
•    Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification
•    Proven experience in team leadership and management
•    Strong clinical skills to guide, mentor, and support the team
