Are you an experienced veterinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? My client in Leicestershire are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead their Hospital team, bringing passion, purpose, and clinical excellence to every aspect of the role.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week across four days, with one in four Saturdays. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
As Clinical Director, you will divide your time between 80% clinical and 20% non-clinical responsibilities, focusing entirely on the Hospital site You will play a key role in guiding the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional patient care.
You’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Hospital is home to a team of 29 talented vets, including certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as an in-house CT scanner, advanced dental suites with X-ray, video endoscopy, ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope systems, arthroscopy, and a comprehensive range of ophthalmology equipment.
They hold Cat-Friendly Status and a Gold Award at the hospital. Collaboration is at the heart of what they do, with regular clinical discussions and monthly meetings designed to promote shared learning and case review. Also as an approved nurse training centre, they are committed to professional development and support ongoing study for certificates and specialist interests.
