You will need to be a RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon with experience in delivering exceptional clinical care and working collaboratively as part of a team. Ideally they are looking for someone with leadership ability, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of how to support nurse consultations and schedule 3 procedures. From the moment you join, you’ll have access to private medical insurance and a health cash plan covering dental, physiotherapy and optical services, as well as a 24/7 private GP service. You’ll also benefit from life assurance set at three times your salary, access to 24-hour counselling, and five weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays, rising to six weeks with length of service.
Your professional development is important, so you’ll receive £1,500 towards CPD along with three paid study days, plus internal CPD access and the opportunity to work towards funded certificates. They cover your RCVS, BVA, and VDS fees and support relocation and visa sponsorship where required. Additional benefits include, a Cycle to Work scheme, and staff discounts.
