This role would see the successful candidate running their own practice their own way with complete clinical freedom. For those interested in partnership (with a salary up to £80k) they would also benefit from their share of the profits of this business.
There is a team of 3 other veterinary surgeons, 4 in the nursing team and a practice manager to take away much of the admin burden of roles like this.
Primary the role is ensuring the clinical standards of the the practice are maintained and improved where possible, ensuring that all clients leave the practice feeling they have received the very best care for their pets. Support will be given for areas of a Lead Vet role that may be new to candidates.
