Lead Veterinary Surgeon – 24/7 RCVS Accredited Hospital – London
Join a highly respected and well-established 8-vet team in the affluent London Borough of Richmond. Our client is seeking a confident veterinary surgeon, comfortable with routine medical and surgical procedures, to support their busy, varied caseload. While the practice is well-supported by experienced colleagues, candidates must be able to work independently with routine cases and ideally have some emergency exposure.
You will effectively lead the team managing clinical development and team esteem, working together to create the best experience for clients and their pets. In return, alongside a competitive salary there is a bonus scheme available.

• The rota offers a 4-day working week with 1 in 6 weekends.

o Full in-house lab & CT scanner
The hospital handles everything from routine consults and surgeries to advanced medical and surgical cases, including laparoscopic procedures, thyroidectomy, BOAS, TPLO, fracture repairs, and more.

• RCVS Practice Standards Accredited Small Animal Hospital with ECC Accreditation
• Established, supportive team: 5 day vets, 3 night vets, 6 day RVNs, 2 night RVNs, 4 SVNs, 3 PCAs, 5 CCAs
• Nurse training practice and graduate vet residency provider
• Many team members with 10+ years’ service

Situated in vibrant South West London, near Richmond Park and Kew Gardens, with excellent transport links—mainline rail, London Overground, Underground, and major road access (M3 & M4). Free parking is also available nearby.
