    This a busy RCVS accredited practice located across four sites in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion and has been at the heart of the community for 90 years. The team pride themselves on their gold star service invest in our team and technology. The practices are modern and fully equipped with Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Digital X-ray, ECG, In-house Lab, separate dog and cat facilities and they carry out advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries at their Cardigan surgery. The team is made up of 6 full time equivalent Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons, a great team of 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses and 2 Animal Nursing Assistants. The team are closely involved with local rescue organizations including Hedgely Hogspital hedgehog rescue and Ceredigion RSPCA. The team are looking for a veterinary surgeon with at least 2 years’ experience to work in one of the busy surgeries (location negotiable). The caseload is hugely varied with plenty of opportunity to develop and grow in all areas of veterinary medicine – from routine neutering to complex soft-tissue and orthopaedic surgery. You must be a positive and friendly Veterinary Surgeon who can continue to nurture a great working environment. This is a full time position with shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and there are no OOH requirements. Salary up to 51k, dependent upon experience plus 5 weeks paid holiday not including bank holidays, 5 days paid CPD leave, 1250 CPD Allowance per annum, Private Medical Insurance, VDS Membership paid and BVA Membership paid.     Our client is opening a brand new branch practice and are looking for a a Lead Vet to head up and manage their opening team. The is opening in the centre of a large catchment with excellent retail neighbours which is always positive for veterinary start-up businesses that will draw a constant supply of potential clients.     Our client based near Finchley, North West London have a vacancy for a vet comfortable with routine surgeries and medical cases to join them. There are currently 2 vets in this practice, plus this vacancy, so there is very limited sole charge required. The incoming vet will work a 4 day week with a share of weekend on a 1/6 basis. The practice is well equipped, with equipment such as, ECG, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray. full lab including bio-chem and haemotology as well as full ex-lap kit. In addition, MRI and CT is available at the sister branch as short distance away.
    Our client situated in South West London have a vacancy for a veterinary surgeon with 2 or more years to join them. Applicants must be comfortable with routine soft tissue surgery and happy to work up their own medical cases. There will be a some periods of sole charge so again, candidates must happy with that. There is a great team of nurses and support staff in this practice. The practice is a well equipped first opinion practice with everything you need to deliver a fantastic serve to patients and clients.     Our client in South London, easily commutable to: Central London Croydon Epsom Mitcham Bromley Twickenham Sutton Chessington Have a a vacancy for a confident night vet to join their night team. The successful candidate will work a 7 night on 14 night off rota providing exceptional work life balance. There is an experienced support team every night and as the practice supports a number of local practices, shifts are always busy, with a varied caseload. As an RCVS recognized Tier 3 hospital, it is very well equipped meaning vets are able to provide exceptional care.     Our client require an experienced vet looking to work just one weekend every 6 weeks, however this could be increased if that suited the candidate. As a hospital there are always opportunities for overtime as and when required/requested. This is a busy hospital and the work on the weekend is sole charge.     Our client would like a confident veterinary surgeon to join them. This role would involve mentoring a newly qualified veterinary surgeon so applicants must be happy with most routine cases both surgical and medical. Orthopaedics are not required as these can can be covered locally, however candidates interested in this area are welcome to apply. Our client will welcome candidates wanting to start certificates, part way through certificates or indeed, completed.
