Our client has a successful small animal practice in the Dagenham area and are looking for a full or part time vet to join them. They are fully able to support from New graduate level upwards and have a great track record of development within the team
The practice has an excellent reputation and works very closely with the greyhound community in the local area. We have worked with this vet and partner for over 8 years, firstly as a locum, then as a permanent vet and now a practice owner. She is supportive, friendly and goes out of her way to provide excellent service to clients and their animals. She has low staff turnover and is now looking for 3rd small animal vet who shares this passion for first class client and animal care. The partner has over 25 years experience and is happy to provide mentorship, support and development for less experienced vets.
As a forward thinking practice the client can offer full or part time hours for the right candidate. Weekends are normally on a 1:3 rota but again this could be flexible for the right candidate and there are no out of hours with the position.
The team pride themselves on being a friendly practice where they all really like each other and although they all get along the partner provides a good rota allowing a great/work life balance.
