Our client in Cardiff, South Wales are looking for exceptional vets to join their amazing and expanding teams on a full time basis.

Whether you are interested in working as a Hospital vet or as a First Opinion branch vet the team are more than happy to discuss your ideal combination of clinical work and rota pattern.

The team aim to tailor candidates working patterns to suit your individual needs and allow you to strike a healthy balance between work and home life. Whether it’s working weekdays with no weekend or OOH commitments, through to purely ECC work or even a mixture of the two: they can find a combination to suit most people!

All 4 of the groups branch practices are fully equipped with all the modern kit you would expect! They are fully self-sufficient practices that have the back up and support of the hospital site when needed. Standard branch facilities include digital x-ray and dental x-ray, blood analysers, ultrasound and access to shared radiosurgery units.

The hospital site boasts a CT scanner, advanced ultrasonography equipment, endosurgery facilities, extensive blood analysis equipment, dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue and exotic theatres, as well as a dedicated dental suite.

They also proudly host pet blood bank sessions to provide much needed support to the veterinary community which has so far received outstanding feedback.

All practices are within easy commuting distance of each other and so you can choose to live in the vibrant city centre of Cardiff, or surround yourself with nature and tranquillity in the coastal towns of the Vale of Glamorgan, or even choose to base yourself in the mountains of the Valleys and Brecon Beacons National Park. The local area really does have something for everyone.

They truly believe that by looking after the teams, the highest levels of patient and client care will naturally follow. The ideal candidate will be someone who is happy to work within a team, someone who can act with integrity and show respect to their colleagues, clients and patients. Who can take ownership of their work, and offer solutions to problems encountered and enjoy success and show a desire to grow personally.

In return you will received a salary dependent upon the role and your experience - in the region of 35k-65k per annum.
Plus up to 6.6 weeks holiday inclusive of Bank holidays and the option to buy and sell holidays, 5 days CPD - with a budget of 1750, VDS and RCVS Memberships paid plus a number of other benefits.
