An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a seventh vet to join this cutting edge practice based in the Worcester area. My clients have excellent facilities and are able to offer their customers a wide range of services including complete medical and dental work ups, endoscopic and Orthopedic procedures and BOAS surgery too. Ideally they are looking for a Vet who is keen to progress, The partner there is studying towards an AVP certificate and with half of the vets already studying too, a medical bias may be more suitable, but all interests would be supported

The role is based on 40 hours a week with weekends on a rota with NO OOH's Shifts are based on 8 hours only and they can accommodate 16 hours a week up to full time

Our clients practice is based in Worcestershire, surrounded by lovely countryside but with good transport links to Birmingham and London. They are lucky enough to be able to offer private, on-site accommodation for any candidates who need it. The best part of the practice is the team, made up of 8 vets, 11 nurses and 5 support staff who are waiting to support you through your second year. They have certificate holders in orthopaedics, surgery, and medicine. They also have the capability to deal with most surgical and medical situations and refer very little, giving you great exposure. They have a long history of supporting new graduates and encouraging further qualifications once experienced. The position would involve carrying out consults and surgery, with the support of an experienced team by your side. Once confident this role may include some sole responsibility of a branch practice one day a week. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, no out of hours and 1:5 weekend rota to care for their own inpatients. You get a half day each week and a full day off after a weekend worked. The salary for this role is up to £40,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate is a first-year graduate who is looking for a friendly practice to support them through their second year. You will be passionate about animal care and be willing to learn from experienced team members. They have a variety of advanced diagnostic facilities including, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy and also offer a wide range of orthopaedic and advanced surgeries. This fantastic small animal practice, just 10 miles from Worcester, are looking for Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team on a permanent basis due to a rapidly expanding client base. The team are looking for either an experienced SA vet or can provide support and growth for a recent graduate looking for there next role. The full time role would be 4.5 days per week with varying shift patterns, which can be tailored to part time candidates. Weekend Saturday mornings 8.30am - 1pm will be included on a 1:5 rota.
