Small Animal Vet required for First Opinion Practice in Edinburgh

Our client near the City of Edinburgh have a new opportunity for a full or part-time Vet at their dedicated first opinion practice.

The role is due to an increasing caseload and is a great opportunity to join a caring, compassionate practice in Scotland’s beautiful capital.

The Veterinary team is very open and engaging, and case discussion with the whole clinical team is encouraged. Professional development is actively promoted throughout the practice, so you can develop your clinical skills according to your interests. The brilliantly supportive reception and nursing team provide excellent care for all clients and patients alike.

The full time working hours would be 4 days per week (9am-7pm) and no OOH. The main site is well-equipped with a dental suite, digital and dental x-ray, new Chison ultrasound machine, and in-house lab. They also have two further branches across Edinburgh and are a rabbit welfare accredited and feline friendly practice.

Salary will be dependent on experience with additional benefits:
RCVS, VDS and two other membership subscriptions paid
Company Pension plan
CPD allowance plus 5 days paid CPD leave
6.6 weeks including bank holidays
