  Our client in the Peak District have a vacancy for a mixed animal vet, 60% small, 40% large - a small amount of routine equine for local clients. The successful candidate will join a team of 5 vets and will be experienced in routine small animal surgeries and medical cases and also happy with routine large animal work.
  
  As with the majority of mixed roles, there is an OOH's requirement of one night per week plus one in four weekends.
  
  Certificates in any discipline will be encouraged and funded.
  The practice is well equipped and on the small animal side has digital X-Ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitors.

  Working alongside 2 other vets there would be NO OOH's and weekends on a rota.
  A rabbit and cat friendly practice, who have strong links with local charity, they have a busy caseload and are able to work up cases with clinical freedom.
  The interests of the current team include exotics, feline medicine and soft tissue surgery, and they are keen to either pass on this knowledge or to nurture someone with a developing interest. Ideally they require someone who is capable to work sole charge and confident with routine work, however they are able to look towards a recent graduate with the right enthusiasm and confidence.

• Night Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy, 4 on 10 off, Derbyshire

  Our Derbyshire based client require a veterinary surgeon experienced in emergency work to join them on a part time basis. The rota in this RCVS Tier 3 hospital will be based around a 4 on, 10 off shift pattern.
  
  The practice is very well equipped with equipment such as digital X-ray, ultrasound, ECG.
  
  The successful candidate will full access to most medical files and will be supported by RVN's at all times.
