RVN / Clinical Coach - North East London (walking distance to tube station - Zone 3)

Are you looking for the next step in your career or a change in direction? Our family friendly client in East London are looking for a part time Registered Veterinary Nurse / Clinical Coach and a Head Nurse to join their team.

Their current Head Nurse wants to concentrate on clinical work and building on nurse consults and so will be around for training if you have not been a Head Nurse or managed a team before and you will have the full support from the Clinical Director, Practice Manager and current Head Nurse.

The team offer an excellent work life balance with 40 hours a week (which can be negotiated) no OOHs or Sundays. It is rare to leave late and lunch times are protected. Admin time is also set aside for senior team members. Saturdays are limited to cover holiday. The Clinical Director believes life and values outside of work are important so works hard to try to ensure the team are supported to maintain a balance.

As an RVN / Clinical Coach the role will involve coaching the students with set time for preparation and teaching. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a team are important. This is a kind team who always take the time to listen and support one another. They have an open door policy so any member of staff can discuss any issues straight away. Senior staff are expected to provide constructive solutions to problems so we can work to solve them together.

CPD and additional training to further your career are actively encouraged and funded and the team are always keen to hear good ideas and are happy to help motivated staff work on projects that interest them.

This client has been part of the local community for over 30 years. The team of 4 vets work alongside a valued team of nurses (4 RVN and 1 SVN), veterinary care assistants (2) and receptionists (3) to provide their loyal client base and patients with a warm welcome and excellent care.
