Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team as a Deputy Head Nurse.

The practice is a RCVS accredited small animal hospital with their own dedicated out of hours team. They have state of the art equipment including in house laboratory, dental X-ray, laparoscopic equipment. They also have a cardiology referral service with ECG, ultrasound, X-ray equipment and separate dog and cat wards.

There are 9 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses plus students and nursing support. They have a cardiology referral clinician with a cardiology certificate. They also have an Out of Hours vet with an ECC certificate. This is a friendly, supportive team who work closely together, for example with inclusive word rounds three times a day to ensure the best patient care.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to help lead and support the nursing team. You will be participating in and overseeing all nursing duties. The position is full time, working 5 days a week (shifts fall between 7am and 8pm). They are looking for an RVN preferably with some supervisory experience, who is eager to help lead the nursing team by demonstrating role model behaviour in providing nursing care to patients.

Our client in Buckinghamshire are looking for an Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner to join their friendly Hospital team in Buckinghamshire. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week working in a state-of-the-art, specialist veterinary referral hospital based near the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire border. The team offer services in orthopaedics, neurology, soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, radiology, and cardiology and offer the most cutting-edge investigations and treatments, with both a 1.5 Tesla MRI and a CT-scanner on site. All disciplines work closely with the in-house professional physiotherapy department. The team are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to use their own initiative and self-motivate.
