Opportunity for confident Vet to join 5 vet team close to Tube

Well equipped team with good caseload based in the Thames estuary and close to Greenwich, able to consider new graduate applications.

Ideally they would like to recruit a small animal vet with some experience of surgery and the confidence to interact with customers with a calm and pleasant manner, however this team are supportive and experienced with plenty of knowledge to pass onto new small animal graduates, or are able to support further advancement for vets with experience. They are well equipped and have a good standing in the community with an excellent reputation locally.

The role is for a full time vet working 1:6 Weekends, with some sole charge when working on Sundays, there will be No OOH’s and you would be given full support if required.

Renumeration would be competitive and would also benefit from paid memberships including RCVS, BSAVA and VDS

Our client have a vacancy for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join them in a lead vet capacity. Heading up one of 8 branches, the successful candidate will always have colleagues within the region on hand to help them with clinical inquiries but also to assist with unfamiliar aspects for those new to lead vet roles. Equipment levels include; digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, tonometer, bronchoscope, endoscope, ECG and full labs. In addition there are also other tools/equipment available within the the region. The region has various certificate holders, as such, candidates considering starting a certificate will be encouraged to do so. Similarly, for vets still tied into a learning agreement claw back, our client will consider buying these out. Our client offer exceptional remuneration packages, upto 70k depending on experience to attract the best talent as well as a a 4 day week with rota's Saturdays on a 1 in 3 basis.
Our client situated in South West London have a vacancy for a veterinary surgeon with 2 or more years to join them. Applicants must be comfortable with routine soft tissue surgery and happy to work up their own medical cases. There will be a some periods of sole charge so again, candidates must happy with that. There is a great team of nurses and support staff in this practice. The practice is a well equipped first opinion practice with everything you need to deliver a fantastic serve to patients and clients. In addition, there is a large hospital, sister practice with added facilities. The rota for this client is based on a 5 day working week of 40 hours. There are no OOH's. Our client based near Finchley, North West London have a vacancy for a vet comfortable with routine surgeries and medical cases to join them. There are currently 2 vets in this practice, plus this vacancy, so there is very limited sole charge required. The incoming vet will work a 4 day week with a share of weekend on a 1/6 basis. The practice is well equipped, with equipment such as, ECG, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray. full lab including bio-chem and haemotology as well as full ex-lap kit. In addition, MRI and CT is available at the sister branch as short distance away.
Our North West client in North West London require a veterinary surgeon with 12 months plus experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to manage some of their own caseload and happy with routine soft tissue surgery. Support is available form the two other veterinary surgeons in the practice. Working a 4 day week as standard with a share of weekend on a rota, this role offers great work life balance. There are no OOH's with this role as an OOH's service provider are used. The practice is well equipped with digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound and full lab equipment. The role is easily commutable from; Watford, Harrow, Pinner Ruislip, Wembley and Stanmore. Tbhis is initially a cover role, however after the period of maternity cover ends our client is 100% sure they will be able to convert this to a permanent role locally.

Our client in Central London have a vacancy for a vet with around 1-2 years experience to join their 2 vet team. Ideally candidates will be happy with routine soft tissue work as well as their own medical work up. This is a very well equipped small animal practice. They have CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, ECG etc. They positioned in the heart of London, close to Parsons Green, Earls Court, Fulham so public transport is excellent. The rota is based on a 4 day week with 1/6 weekends so offers excellent work life balance allowing people to enjoy the best of London.
Our client in South West London require a veterinary surgeon to join their small team. This practice traditionally see a large number of exotics cases so would definitely suit someone with an exotics interest, a certificate holder or someone part way through. While this is a sole charge vet role, other vets in the network are always available, either on the phone or a short drive away if needs be. Internal referrals are available for most complicated case or cases that the incoming vet is unfamiliar with. Referrals are available for soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, imaging, laparoscopic procedures etc. This practice is very well equipped to deliver an excellent first opinion service. There is a support team of RVN's and student nurses. This role would suit a candidate wanting to tart their lead vet career in a lowe pressure environment whilst being supported by senior people whenever they need support. The successful candidate will work a 4 day week with 1/3 Saturdays and will receive a package of up to 60,000 depending on the experience levels of the vet. The successful candidate will work a 7 night on 14 night off rota providing exceptional work life balance.
