Lead small animal vet for large practice in Greater London, Minimum £60k

My client are a large practice, with four sites in the Middlesex area. They require an experienced small animal vet to join the team working across a main surgery and branch.

They are fully set up to deal with both routine and more complex cases, and have facilities including Dental X-ray and suite, ECG, Ultrasound and digital X-Ray, Blood machines etc, and are able to offer other therapies including acupuncture. And the team include certificate holders in medicine and ECC and those currently studying for cardiology and feline medicine

They offer a 38-42 hour week with NO OOH’s and a weekend rota of 1:6 with occasional Saturdays. Benefits include Medical care, 34 days holiday and generous CPD They can however be flexible on all aspects of the rota for the right person.
A keen surgeon would be attractive to compliment the team however other disciplines are welcome and supported.

You will be a competent all rounder, with good experience in all aspects of general practice.

The role would suit an ambitious veterinary surgeon with interests in practice management as well as high clinical standards. The management aspect of this role will involve team development/moral, setting the client service standard. Whilst experience in leading a team would be beneficial, those vets looking for their first "step up" role are welcome to apply.

The package for this role includes a salary of minimum 60,000 plus a host of additional benefits, 33 days holiday including BH, generous CPD etc etc.
